The only thing he did was send me like 176 domains in good faith before I sent the money... but I didnt buy the sale for the fucking domains... strange thing is he transferred the 5 site domain names to me.. so I thought that was weird.

anyway, just noticing this is weird. I mean, the most usual scam in this board is registering and no more than 2-3 months laters the scammer will say "I'm in a hurry, I need to unload................" This was apparently a misunderstanding, I've talked with designerotica and he is resending the data. We're square and all is good.
Domains can be prevented from getting scammed on and it looks like he is prepaired to go the extra mile to ensure a great sale.
If anyone needs to ICQ me to verify this thats fine.
