And please let me add to this when I say the reason why this is true is because of the set it and forget it factor (sign up and get rebilled with your credit card on file every month) of paysites. We have a great product that sells very well. Now that we have added the lifetime customer acquisition feature, your sales will now increase as your customers come back and we have several reasons to come back...i.e. lube, new inserts (you would be surprised at how many people come back to buy a different sensation insert), female toys, etc....Comment

Alot depends on the contractual relationship between Fleshlight and Beemk.
What was that arrangement? How long was the affiliate link supposed to stay up? How long was the contract?
If there was no clear agreement or written document, Beemk has to assume some of the blame for the problems resulting from such a loose situation.
It is understandable how Fleshlight wishes to rank high in Google for their trademark. I checked the USPTO TESS trademark database. "Fleshlight" is a registered trademark. That means the name "fleshlight" is the property of the company. They have the ultimate right under law to detemine how it is being used.
And, I would add, Juicy has offered to be a stand-up guy and make Beemk whole. That says alot. It looks like a happy ending.

Any seo with a clue wouldn't count on their affiliate code permanently staying in the serps.Its quite possible it has nothing to do with fleshlight but google themselves.
Its quite easy to stop someones aff code from showing up and making it the generic url.
Just cop it sweet and if you are so good at seo optimise a pinkworld page for fleshlights.

Trust me when I say that they can easily afford to pay for this advertising campaign and still payout on all sales (which they do, no question).
