Domain prices are relative. To some they are worthless to others they may be priceless.
That said, you've owned this domain for 2 years and never done anything with it. It doesn't have any traffic. According to Sedo just 9 hits in the last 30 days. The .NET, .ORG, and every other TLD are still available. If you want to sell this on GFY I suggest you slash that BIN down to around $50 or develop it some and come back in 6 months.

But some names are just better, much better than others and there is sense in paying for it especially if you plan long and profitable life to you web project. So you pay just for the name, for how it sounds and because it is better than your competitors have. Of'course unless you can take something better or cheaper.
