    According to xbiz the ClubJenna acquisition cost Playboy $17.6 million.

    I wonder if they sold because Jenna and her Hubby split up. Sure would make it a good time to sell.

The majority of the value of club jenna is the the jenna jameson product lines. As jenna ages the value of jenna jameson product lines will decrease.

Look at the current club jenna girls websites. Do you think they will get more popular with time (tera patrick, brianna banks, etc are past their prime or at peaking at best)? The future of the pornsite subscription model doesn't look good as more and more free porn keeps coming online. Conversion ratios are on a steady decline and don't appear to improving any time soon.

PPV revenues are dropping. VOD is becoming more popular but it's less profitable. Why pay $8.95 to watch a ppv movie when you can buy $2.50 worth of VOD time to whack off to your favourite part.

Jenna is unlike any other adult star in that people actually listen to her. She can make OTHER stuff sell if she and Jay knew how.
