Now, you can't even link to a mainstream domain forum or wherever else some newsworthy or interesting post is made. You almost can't even mention their names anymore. Someone breaking your copyrights by posting siterips of your content on a forum? Sorry, you can't mention the forum or post a link to it. The current moderators don't understand the original intent of the rule and will ban you for it and remove the link no matter how helpful it might be. If it's a blog or tube or any other type of site it's fine. Just no forums.

they understand the origin of that rule IMO, but in GFY's best interest... (or best perceived interest) is not allowing any links to any forums since it may happen that some people will find these forums usefull and start posting there instead of here
at least this is how I understand it
