Let me help you out a bit then..
The one on the right isn't showing you her ass because she has 3 large puss filled boils on her ass cheeks. They constantly ooze because they burst. She has to lay a towel on any chair she sits in to protect it from staining.
The one on the left isn't showing you her chest because she has 4 tits. One on her right side but on the left side there are 3 - all of different sizes and with hairy nipples.
Knowing that should help with your obsession...
