Without self recruiting skills. You deal with the same damn places everyone else does, you shoot the same girls everyone else does, and you pretty much get the same content everyone else has.

I would be a terrible self recruiter. I suppose i could hire a female to do that and pay her $100 finders fee for new talent.

I noticed on all or most of those sites the profiles are outdated and old. Most of those girls likely make a profile and never return or shortly have a active profile and then get signed to a agency.

www.strongthread.com - we have burned by models that don't have agents way too many times and won't use them unless they are represented by an agent anymore
