Yep, I think it's cool and I learn things. It's a good mix of entertainment and science that you dont usually see in a cooking show.
I used his recipe for brining my turkey last thanksgiving actually too. Came out great.

Alton Brown has the best show on TFN. He breaks shit down all scientific-like and makes cooking seem a notch or two less homo.
