Let's be fair, if he has 50k+ (or 60k+? ) posts, then it's normal that some of them may piss some people off. No one is perfect either.
But let's be honest here... although I never did biz with him, I'd surely trust him. You can just see it, he's not the person to ripp anyone off. Yeah, he might be 83 years old
and he spends his time arguing with 22 year olds on the forums, but I don't recall any thread of someone complaining that baddog ripped him off or failed to deliver what he promissed.
So who'd you rather trust? On "old man" co-running a good sized adult online biz since a good few years and knowing most of the 'players' in person, whos' only fault is using sometimes too much irony in his posts and showing too much of his nose on some pics.... or some young white trash punks living check to check by coding stuff on ICQ to random people for pennies? (not pointing fingers at anyone, really).
after all, even though GFY is often like a popularity contest, some people forget that what should matter the most is the BIZ, and when it comes to it, I'd trust baddog 100%
And by engaging in all the pathetic drama about GFY ego-stuff, you never know what bridges you may burn.
