The image can be licensed indefinately as well. Also, I think it's available as part of other collections as a royalty-free image if it's used at lower resolutions, which the GFY logo would count as.

Sooooo I'm pretty sure the way GFY has been using it is cool

I just thought it'd be neat to post a higher resolution version of the whole original photograph unaltered.

I found out that Adult.com had bought a perpetual license to that image years ago before it was acquired by Getty Images. We even have the full image with her elbows not cropped out.
