I see this daily. I started to think it was just Florida - thanks for helping me realize how widespread laziness and stupidity has become. Anyone ever see that movie - Idiocracy?
As a parent, this becomes difficult. Imagine the surprise when an American girl of age 16, doesn't want to study for her drivers license, and rather than try - she just says oh well.
I couldn't wait to drive, it meant independence - it wasn't something i was prepared to fail at. Laziness and stupidity has gotten out of control.
In this one, i am at a loss for words.
