To make a long story short the woman on the phone was INSANELY rude and condescending. I explained I was not very knowledgeable about their health care plans and I needed help finding a good plan to fit my situation. She informed me maybe I should learn about the health care system before I call a company. I informed her that was HER job, and if she was not capable of helping I'd like to speak to a supervisor. She replied with "whatever" and I was escalated where I let the person know the previous rep was a buffoon. This is the short version.

People are idiots, rude, and overpaid in this country and I now understand why everything is melting.
