so why dont you call back and ask them to stop? they dont know you nor your request not to speak to anyone... thats their job... and if you put your phone number on there.. they can only assume you wish and allowed them to contact you - so make a simple call or pick up - will only take a sec to say, "thanks but don't call me anymore" and they will stopComment

They called me couple months ago. And I wasn't the one who answered the phone so they just said outright who they were and what they wanted to talk to me about!!!!
Luckily it was my boyfriend who answered the phone......

1-800-Flowers affiliate program called me once because of a flower site we have. Other than that, no adult affiliate program has. I don't know if it's good or bad, but I think you have to be careful calling people in adult.Comment

AEBN called me twice, once they left a message on the answer machine, said who they were, and I didn't call them back.
They called again, and my wife answered. She asked who it was, and then gave me the phone. They called to tell me that they have built a custom video player for me and want to help me set it up on my site(s).
After telling them I got out of adult and to please close my affiliate account, they stopped calling.
Point being, if you want them to stop calling, tell them that. Not by posting here ..Comment

Just depends on the Reps style. Some of us like to call, some dont. For affiliates who just signed up, I typically introduce myself via email. If you would not like calls, we can mark you as 'do not call' in our database, so you wont be taken by suprise anymore;) Its that simple, the rep is probably trying to call you to introduce themselves and get you started with some custom theaters, etc.ICQ: 284903372Comment
