that shit happened 4 times with my TL between 2000-01 in brooklyn. never seen any cars like it before it happened with me for the first time, last incident was close by a police pricint ( one and a half blocks away from), that was very disappointing, naive me thought it was safer to park there . insurance went from 2.5k up to 14k/y by after last one.
there was a time i've seen few cars a day with exact same shit. particularly 2000 TL's.
even salesguy from dealership in jersey admited it've had happened with his car right on his driveway.
acura had it fixed with the next year model.Comment

I was pretty paranoid also when valet parked my 300C out front of the hotel and each time I would check up on it it would be parked in a different spot or gone and I just figured it was in the underground garage. They were probably out tearing up all 425 horses Ferris Bueller style!
