This is very hot but ... if you really want epass to grow here is what you should do :
Hire 2-3 board whores
Train everyone of them (current and new ones) for support, and give them more power... sometimes it's common sence and they should be able to unlock the account themselves.
There will be no more threads about bad support like tehre are every week, and all this negativity going away might help you gain new webmasters.
Everyone in the business already knows who epass is, and there is no competition. So why are you guys branding ? Spending the same ammount of money to make your product better and more user friendly would make you more on long term.
