Trust me, I help her out all the time with cleaning apartments when people move out, general handyman housework etc etc. We've seen it all and no matter what kind of background checks you do, there are always crazies.

That's a good idea and I have thought about doing that for her but it is a lot of work, although one day I may eventually get around to it.
