So you were young, had the 'I can do whatever code job' attitude, very understandable, but took a job you intended to have your friend do for you. What does it matter then that you "thought i could code anything" if you were never intending to do it yourself.
The next part that seems a bit weird is you would code a full CMS for only $100?
Even worse, your friend would code it up for only a third of that ($33) ??
