If they went into bankruptcy the affiliates would be the first to get screwed. Just the fear of this will likely cause smart affiliates to stop promoting them now. This will in turn cause less income compounding the problem, which kind of leads to a self fulfilling crash.
The second people stop getting checks if AFF starts going under will cause the rest of the affiliates whom were still promoting them to pull links. Anything close to a bankruptcy will kill their income from affiliates.
IMHO anyone whom is stupid enough to still be promoting them after reading the info in their IPO is not a bright person.
Yes it's true that AFF likely will not close the doors entirely, it's likely someone will buy it out, but in that process the affiliates will get the shaft.
