May be the biggest scam in teh world, but it's also one that involves an element of shame.
When I used to sell male enhancement products I recall one customer asking for a refund.

It was then that I conjured up the innovative idea of putting FAILED PENILE ENLARGEMENT REFUND on the check's MEMO.

Never had one of those refund checks cashed.

They sell, they will always sell, and in a market where cross sells are going bye bye, and tubes are ubiquitous- I would look for tangibles to sell online.

They can't be charged back, and also work as a great upsell.
