Wow, these are really awesome news. I promote a lot of sponsors using CCBill and as my traffic is pretty international I think this will definitely increase sales for those sites.
But something else - couldn't you use EU-DEBIT as a payout method for your European based clients & affiliates aswell then? You probably opened bank accounts in EU-countries now!? Because at the moment, as far as I know, your only payout method is a US check through snail mail - and to cash a US check at a European bank can be VERY expensive, because of astronomical fees!
So, would be cool if you could think about EU-Debit as a payout method aswell!!Comment

Sorry for the confusion. The EU Debit system works like US e-checks or ACH. The consumer does not need a bank card or debit card, all they need is their bank account information. The consumer enters their bank account information into the signup page, we pull the funds from their bank account and credit them to you.
