the only one that I really noticed was increased appitite and it takes longer to blow your load, but thats a good thing

tylonol pm works for me. won't knock you out like drugs, but it helps put me to sleep

Melatonin work wonders with a cup of hot tea like Celestial Seasonings' Sleepytime. Chamomile is the main ingredient, and it's great, too, with some lemon.
