What has gone wrong with Epassporte?

Go to your message-center within ePass and find this on top:

"If you would like to be notified via email when you receive an ePassporte message, please enter your current email address below:"

enter your desired email and click update.

Done

Yeah it changed a while ago. They're not forwarding the messages anymore but only send a notification that there's a new message, you have to set it up again.

why not try everything first and then come to gfy to hop on the bandwagon

Thanks guys I fixed it, use to get them and then they stopped. I was looking in the wrong place to change it back.

Log in, click New Messages on the top right.
Then you can enter your email address.
Then you will get an email everytime there is a new message for you.
