Hezbollahs Misslie Cordination, How does it work?

I mean, Hezbollah is firing a large number of missiles..

How do they know the missiles will hit their target? are they using satellites (gps etc..? ) or is it something else? just curious.. anyone know?

They don't, They use the simple point an shoot so to speak. They know roughly what the range is and they probably have predetermined launching points and just do simple math to find the right angle and direction as to where to aim the rocket launchers.

They use simple stuff like this, some is portable carried by a man or two.. some is truck mounted.

so they are actually calculating the angle and range? That doesn't seem very realistic..

            Plus one other factor.
The news media reports when a rocket hit somewhere that did some damage.
One of the channels even had a map of flags where the rockets hit.

Why not? It's the same simple principle behind basic hand carried mortar launchers. Just these are rockets. Just because they aren't a real army doesn't mean they don't use basic fundamental tactics.

lol yes they use GPS, dude they are aiming for cities, their goal is to kill civilians and cause as many casualties as possible. They just hit haifa wounding 100 people, they aim for cities and hope people die that's about it. It's not like they are going after military objectives.

It's not difficult to hit a target when your target is a city.

Actually, it's simple math. You have known trojectories factors of the misslle. Your here, they're there. You plot high flight for close in impact or low flight for further targets, hoping nothing's in the way between, as has happened a few times.

Park/Setup, map co-ords, slide rule, BINGO. You have compass direction and launch angle. Light the fuse and run like hell cause someone just saw ya do it and you're "painted."

the problem is that israel can not intercept those rockets. they are advanced in technology than any of these arab nations. but how come the rockets are still raining? and they don't even know where it comes.

I hear they pray to the great giant ant Morabuzah for the missile to hit its target swiftly, though they always seem to fail to ask for accuracy. I guess Morabuzah is a one reqest kinda guy.

Don't know about that, been hearing that the Patriots don't work for years.

"On April 7, 1992 Theodore Postol of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Reuven Pedatzur of Tel Aviv University testified before a House Committee stating that, according to their independent analyses, the Patriot system had a success rate of below 10%, and perhaps even a zero success rate."

You really need to stop watching Fox News.

A 10 month investigation by the House Government Operations subcommittee on Legislation and National Security concluded that there was little evidence to prove that the Patriot hit more than a few Scuds. Testimony before the House Committee on Government Operations by Professor Theodore Postol (a professor of Science, technology and National Security Policy at M.I.T.) On April 7, 1992 and reports written by professor Postol raised serious doubts about the Patriot's performance. After examining video evidence of the Patriot's performance in Israel during the Gulf War and conducting his own tests, professor Postol claimed that the Patriot had a very low success rate.

"The results of these studies are disturbing. They suggest that the Patriot's intercept rate during the Gulf War was very low. The evidence from these preliminary studies indicates that Patriot's intercept rate could be much lower than ten percent, possibly even zero." (Statement of Theodore A. Postol before the U.S. House Of Representatives Committee on Government Operations, April 7, 1992)

first series of patriots sucked ass there was a flaw in the guidance that was not ranging right, or something like that (know a dude that worked on them)....has been fixed since so they work better.........

Most of the rockets being shot into israel are too small for the patriot or any similar system to intercept......and it will be a while before you see anything that can touch them........

                                                  Yep.

Israel's might was symbolized by their tanks. Hezbollah has the best anti-tank missles on the market, and are crushing the tanks. Most of Israel's military deaths are from being in or around tanks.
