ok, the article says " arrest " , but it obviously is more of a kidnapping that the one of the " SOLDIERS " !!!!

He is an elected official, you know, those elections that the USA and its monkey wanted so much ....

And to follow this up, you're right, Hamas never will be a political state because its a radical group. Being a radical group, they aren't a sovereign state. When a radical group and a true sovereign state are fighting each other, yes there will be differences between kidnapping and arresting. The radical group does not have real State power, therefore they have no power to arrest, so they kidnap. The Sovereign state does have power to arrest, so they do.

North America is a state. The United States as a whole is a state. California is a state. San Diego is a state. The University of San Diego is a state. The Political Science department at the University of San Diego is a state. An elected group is a legal entity, therefore they too qualify as a state.

Go ask any political science professor and they'll tell you the same thing. I'm not making this up.
