Well I know our design team does some fantastic work.
As far as banners go we have over 20,000 samples online and our current GFY special, is 100 Animated banners for $699.00
We have '2' people on our team who only does banners and 1/2 - full page ads.

Either your banners suck bigtime, or you live in Russia. Otherwise I can't think of any reason to offer 100 banners for a price that low.
