It's a simple misdemeanor but it stays on my record forever! This is why I am using the appeal process so that I can have it taken off. I very confident that I will win the appeal or I wouldn't appeal it in the first place. Again it was a local judge that is friends with everyone involved in the case and she did not want to rock the boat.
