    2257 and web video question

Of course I will be getting with my attorney about this but not until next week thus leaving me curious TODAY if any of you have spoken to your attorney and have a solid answer on this:

If you are using DVD content that goes by one name ("GFY Twinks Take It Raw") and the site domain is another (GYFbuttFuckers.com), which is the title name to use in the compliance statement?

XXXlaw.com broke the regs down in a nice table.

why would you need a lawyer to tell you that?

      from the regs:

such names shall be indexed by the title or identifying number of the book,
magazine, film, videotape, digitally- or computer-manipulated image,
digital image, picture, URL, or other matter.

so that means you use what you named the video,

for example you buy a dvd called "Blah Blah 1"

you then cut this vid up into 1 part or 10 parts etc and upload them to your server. These files will have names that you will name them. ie That is what you want to cross reference your model names, stage names, urls etc etc with.
