    Offshore in US ?

    Hi
    Anyone (competent) can tell me if it is legal to make an offshore in us that will take care of this activity :

    - creation of adult and escort sites (charging escorts money to allow them to post ads on our sites)

    If so .. what state is the best. What is the income tax. Do I need to hire employes from us ?

                          Probably the last option I would pick if I was looking for a bank account..

                          They will not only investigate all the wires you receive, they will ask you for papers, following the Nazi Freedom (to ask what they want) they think they have after the Patrit act was approved.

                          You will really have a hard time in usa, if you open a bank account.

                              The US is certainly not an "offshore" and offers no offshore benefits - it's like trying to mix oil and water.

                              Almost any actual offshore community/corp structure will do what you want.
