Hey burn I just looked at your details above there is no way for me to tell who you are or I would have looked into it and had an answer as to what is wrong.
Unfortunatly the FTP access to the server isnt automatic! We setup over 50 accounts this morning and they are emailing those back out to the people that requested it

The person that normally sets this up for you is out of town. usually it is right away within an hour or so if that many people get him on ICQ and get it turned on immediatly. Right now though I am setting them up however it requires me to go over to the other office to do so. that means I am only doing it once a day
