Sorry for going against the negative doomsday scenarios here, but the US has a lot going for it and the rest of the world knows it. Otherwise, how do you explain that a country with 8000 years of history like China has been overtaken by a country like the US in what, 500 years ?

The country of China has been a great sovereign empire and leader in technology for all it's thousands of years, even before "the Christ". As were they leaps and bounds above the western world in spirituality. The US is not a "leader" it is a bully and a manipulator. It is because of such great ignorance on the part of people like YOU that this country's leaders are allowed to bully the world with impunity, because it is the PEOPLE of this country who decide if it's alright to bomb Iraq or to assassinate some African leader or sanction trade with another country.
