Just to add, I'm sure they changed them for a reason, it says for security reasons. SOMETHING made them feel the need to change them.

If they are shitty enough to have you go off the deep end when something happens, get your fucking money out of there. Its not rocket science.
If you aren't happy, use someone/something else.
