Yeah, but the 4472 helps make anyone with even boob images on their site just as responsible as the original content producer. So maybe you should care...but if you don't, then I hope you never get hit up by the feds...cuz that would definitely not be good.

dude... you really need to understand the law. you are a secondary publisher if you have pics on your site. you need every doc. period.

what people are doing and what the law requires are two different things.

And the crazy thing is while they go messing with all the small fry, its the big search engines like Google, Yahoo, et al. that have thumbs on their servers of probably every porn image on the Net and where most surfers go looking for porn.

same with EU... this was addressed to the DOJ and the response was basically "so what" - the comments were something along the lines of "this is no different than requiring labeling on other types of imported products"
