A cam sponsor that can exercise some control over there talent and train them not to sleep would definitely have and edge over the competition. Add a little sales training while your at it.
I suspect to much outsourcing to studios with girls from all over the world. Cheaper for sure. Ya get what you pay for. Been very disappointed with some of the talent I've seen from what I thought were premier cam sponsors over the last year.

No, the real reason is that many of these girls are in Eastern Europe and when the North American customers log in at night, it's 4am in the morning over there. Plus, many of these girls work or go to school in the day.
Throw in the fact that many do their shows from a bed (whether at home or in a studio), it's little wonder they nod off sometimes.
Posting pics/links isn't exactly a nice thing to do, but there are sites where users talk the girls into doing silly things, screen cap, then make fun of them on their message board. Now that's some pretty mean shit.
