Always research who your doing business with i can't stress that enough! If the pricing seems too good to be true it most likely is. Look to partner with reputable companies with long standing relationships and stability in the industry. Ask them how long they have been in business, how many employees they have, do they own their own facilities or are they a colo shop, then follow up again and ask teh same questions, or check against the companies D & B report or get references! ASK ASK ASK!

i got my first dedicated to someone who is just a reseller of layeredtech.. good hosting especially support... i did a research on them on webhostingtalk.. seems no one for the past 2 years they have been posting there had a problem with them. only positive feedbacks! hope no big problem would occur soon.. check webhostingtalk if you are shopping for virtual or dedicated hosting.
