So where does one report spam?

Although I have been swamped by spam as everyone, there was nothing that would really really annoy me and/or I wasn't able to block.

But for the past few weeks, I've been getting 50+ spam emails every day, all allegedly coming from my own email account with titles such as "Delivery Status Notification" "Re: Question" etc... generic titles and in the body, only an image and a link.

they have different URL's but the same image, and it is all to this address in the end:
    http://operatelet.com/

I have reported spam from email addresses but never had happened that I had no address to report how does one go about this?

view the email headers to find out which server really sent it...

post the email headers (with your email xxxx'd out) if you don't know how to read headers

(consider figuring out the email as test #1)

OLD way - spamcop, blars - get on blars and good luck getting off ... report them to every list poss. since the list is easy to get on and hard to get off (even if your not a bad guy) ... they will get the pleasure of switching host, repeatly ... if all else fails, a hammer + hands of spammer = fix as well. The problem is good spammers dont have host servers, they find the weaknesses of your server and exploit it, so the list shit - works but often you hurt the innocent, and not the bad guy. Catch 22 ...

@ EscortBiz, problem is that I can't really block my own email address, I have seen mentions of being able to report to ICANN... but as skrinkladoo said that is probably the case oh well

@ borked: Thanks for that suggestion! There are several though - just checked three and they're all different, will compile a list and post it in case it helps to block them for some people.

@ mona: thank you! I presumed it would be to report the email addresses, thanks to borked comment I guess it'll help

I've sent the work to Kandah, there was a big misunderstanding and I was out of town, about Batts, there have been no advances and my chargeback when my card was fraudulently charged hasn't resolved... need any more updates?
