A lot of places have emergency dentists available. Check around. The only thing the ER can do for you is give you pain meds. You probably need a root canal, although I'm surprised your dentist wouldn't have noticed something building if you go that many times a year. I know people who brush daily and never floss that rarely get cavities and people who do the same that end up having to get teeth pulled. It has a lot to do with genetics.
