Certainly the greatest moment of the entire Bush administration.
I have to give Bush credit, he stands strong in the face of the shoe thrower. He doesn't duck after the first shoe, he comes back for more. This is the single best moment of the Bush presidency.

Or perhaps they know more about protecting the preisident than you do and everyone in that room has already had their shoes checks... so they know that they're just shoes.
