I am looking to entertain offers on every adult site I currently own. I run a number of TGPs which run exclusively off of my own large cache of exclusive galleries, which you will also get in the deal. It may not be realistic, but I'd like to sell everything together for one lump sum for logistical reasons. I will list everything to interested parties only, not here on the board unless no one at all is interested.
This is all quite disorganized and I will try to keep this as coherent as possible...please keep in mind there are no domains here that are huge traffic monsters or are that impressive, but they do make sales.
The niches the sites represent are:
1 hairy site with traffic (65k-75k uniques, no-skim, 4 years old, PR 4, TM3 trade script, AGSQL+my own tgp management script)
1 mature site with traffic (10k unique, PR 2, AGSQL)
3 shemale sites with traffic (20k unique total, 3-4 years old, largest has PR 3, TM3, AGSQL+my own TGP management script)
1 panty site with traffic (4-6k uniques, 5 years old, PR 3, AGPro)
1 sponsor specific site that does very well for the traffic (around 14k uniques, no-skim, about half of that is bookmarkers, PR 3, AGSQL)
1 "sexy nudes" type site that was launched a month ago or so (5k unique, no-skim, PR 3, AGSQL)
1 BBW site (7k uniques, 3-4 years old, PR 2)
There are also a few domains that have been developed into sites but currently have no traffic, and 20 or so other random domains, some of which I think are good (nearly all .com).
There are also a number of free sites, a few AVS sites, and hundreds if not thousands of galleries. I'm not sure how many there are and I'm not going to count right now. I make the vast majority of my money from the galleries. They convert fairly well and there are a lot of them.
There is no hardcore content at all on any of the sites.
This setup pulls in around $150k a year with rebills, which accounts for about half of the income. That is with maybe 1-2 hours of actual work a day. I can either sign over all affiliate accounts to you (which would include rebills) or I can do a search and replace to switch over all of my affiliate codes on all sites to the buyer (which would not include rebills). This could be a great deal for someone who is motivated to take what I have lazily constructed over time and turn it into something that could do much better than it does now. At the very least I have a week or two of cleanup to do to get this all ready for someone else to run, just so you know.
ALSO (and this is separate from everything else above) there is one Hentai/Anime pay site that currently makes $25k or so a year with absolutely no work whatsoever. It updates by rotating galleries with an automated script and I'm convinced could make much more with some work. The site has been up since 2000 and we have never actively marketed/promoted the site to build it up.
Why am I selling? I am sick of doing this and I want to devote all of my effort to developing my other business. I need a financial cushion while I do that.
