As I said before... they are not a bank, and they can run their company however they like. Just as many adult programs, and their rules and restrictions can vary. Same as EPASS asks for all kinds of docs when they suspect fraud, or unauthorized use.
It's their ball, and their game. Do not like it? Take your ball and go home, or do not use their service.
