LOL, that is in the forth chain. I have heard urban folklore coming from just the third chain. There's not a big chance of it beeing true. If you ever do talk to this roommate you will probably find out that he has shortened the chain and it was actually his cousing and his cousin either did the same or like to tell a good white lie
Or even more likely the brother told it as it beeing the roommate when it was actually his cousing and so forth.
