Should I sell partner accounts?

partner accounts to tgp/mgps? you just make them an account to submit with and there you go

Partner accounts on my site, TheUncensored.com. I'm looking for more specific details, like what to charge, rules, etc.

For what do you want to give out partner accounts? I only see 9 galleries listed on your site.

What would you offer your paid partner accounts? Preferred listings in the galleries section of TheUncensored? If so, how many galleries/day, and how much traffic does each post deliver?

It's really hard to ballpark what a partner account should cost as someone that's paid for them before. Richards Realm is nice at it's partner account cost, but I cant justify spending more than $40/month on something that can only give me 800-1k/tgp style gallery since I run blog-style sites.

I've never offered partner account, nor have I used them. So you tell me.

I'am sure you can sell pa's to the top submitters in the bizz, let them make kickass gals and keep the pa's exclusive (only 10 or so) and let them pay big money for it...

Daily traffic, how many galls you list daily, whats the site about, who are your trade partners, whats your skim (if its a TGP) ..

Well, the phenomenon started when TGP's (who list webmasters' galleries) got sick and tired of abusive submitters (cheaters who redirected/infected after being listed).

Partner accounts were gradually introduced and only given out to submitters who the TGP-owners found trustworthy.
But after a while, the cheating webmasters started applying for these free partner accounts and screwed surfers over once again.
At this point, TGP-owners began implementing paid partner accounts to raise the bar even further, with the added effect of shutting out novice "newbie" submitters/WM's, which helps professional submitters to keep their profits..

So basically, You should offer partner accounts priced appropiately depending on how much money the buying webmaster can make from listings on Your site.

If his listings at Your site can produce at least say.. $200 in revenue, in a month,
then I'd reckon a max. monthly fee of $50 for Your partner account is acceptable...
basically 20% max.


For You to calculate the value of one of Your partner accounts, You need to know:

1. A webmaster can get a sale at his sponsor for every 1000 unique visitors there.
2. For him to send 1000 uniques there from his gallery, he will need to get like
50,000 to 100,000 hits to his gallery (meaning a Click Through Rate of 2% or 1%).

It depends on how much "quality" there is in Your traffic as well;
if they click on the listings on Your site a lot or just a little.
Generally, the more the traffic on Your site has been "jerked around" between other sites, before reaching Yours, the less they will click.
This whole thing of course also depends on how prominently You place Your listings.
