anyone use awiz site manager

By way of intro:
I've been in this business since 1999 and have lurked here without a specific contribution to make.
However, I'm happily using Awiz's cms for my new pay site.
If you're putting up videos, the Deluxe version is especially useful for its "Advanced Movie Management" feature.
Their support team has been very helpful, once you get used to their dialect of written English. Wherever the company is registered, the support guys obviously aren't native English speakers.
I also considered Mansion Productions' "Mas" cms (excellent reputation but beyond my budget) and Adultwebware (I was turned off by the need to acquire an invitation code prior to viewing their web site).

nope they are legitimate. Have you joined up on their message forum or emailed them to get a response? I'm not sure where they are located but i'm on the east coast and it seemed like whenever we corresponded we have major time differences. It's a nice script, I hope you like it.

Regarding the problem. I have no idea what happened with email services at recent times, but the same problem was discussed on the another board, and below is our response:

Let me say that many hundreds of our potential and existing clients (you can check them in the clients' section of website) can confirm that aWIZ support responds to all requests in all cases at least during a day (more often - during a hour). (to kytec: and particularly in case of order!)
Moreover we constantly check more known spam-lists for our emails in order to prevent loss of correspondence by our clients.
So if you have sent us a message and didn't get response during one day, it means:
a) your email is in spamcop global database, which we can't avoid;
or
b) MOST PROBABLY that your mail box has wrong spam-settings, and our message was placed to your "spam" folder.

What to do:
a) send us email to alternative address: foruseu @ gmail.com
b) fill a support ticket at: http://awiz.org/tickets/
c) post on the aWIZ support board
d) contact us in ICQ 295365607
e) post on the any adult board "How to reach aWIZ?" or to search such existing posts on the major boards
