2 weeks ago I was driving my moto bike on the sidewalk honking at baby elephants to get out of my way. Now I'm getting a ticket for walking across the street. I just don't get it.

We have a teeny tiny little "city" square. There are about 8 places for the tourists to cross. By law we have to stop to let them cross (at the crosswalks). There are even plastic signs IN THE ROAD about it. And damned if 1/2 of them don't cross somewhere besides the crosswalks.....I've started aiming for them ;)

I got 5 Jay walking tickets while going to Ohio State and crossing High Street.
So ridiculous.

I haven't received on in LA- but then again.
I either do car service or valet so there is never a reason to Jay Walk.

Although- I do see tourists get the tickets on Sunset all day and night-
It's actually funny watching their reactions when they get stopped.
