Hydration is the key

Sorry I didn't see your post earlier. But getting re-hydrated is the main thing to concentrate on when recovering from a night of imbibing.

Any food is good, as long as it settles ok So just go for whatever you're craving. But, keep after the liquids steadily throughout the day.

Don't try for a gallon of water in ten minutes, or you'll regret it...pace yourself
