When inspections are done 2 things are going to be looked for as the law states now and as Ive been told by LArry Walters.
1 - GOVERNMENT ISSUED IDs
2- 2257 information.
The law requires to show both. No where does it show that you need to show model release, We have a seperate form for all required 2257 info that has all government required criteria and date of production on it. We then have seperate forms which is the model release which the model gives all the legal righst to us.
We DO NOT have to give out model releases to people buying content. We will give out non blocked IDs..even tho the law requires 1 form of government acceptable id on file.. and will giove out 2257 information form.
In my opinion people asking for releases dont know the law or are intending to rip you off and resell your content as SOBE did to me years ago.
So if you are looking to buy content from us, we will not give out model release but will giive out 2257 docs and ids.
