That's exactly what you do when it's the only way to end 20 years of terror inflicted on his own people. Honestly if Saddam had been ruling my country like he has been Iraq, I'd want someone to do anything possible to get him out. I'll take a 10% chance of death over a 100% chance of being ruled by a ruthless dictator any day of the week. As an innocent citizen I'd face death if it allowed some of my familly to finally be free.
