                              I remember reading something about rape cases going down to a very low amount when the internet came online. I wonder if they filter the porn that rape will be back up to it's original percentage.

                              If you take the outlet away, a very small percentage that used it will find other sources - hence rape and date rape. Please let Australian guys jerk off over the internet. Save the women! :D

                                  Nocleanfeed says any adult or possibly harmful material will be blocked in every household in Australia. But in this article http://www.abc.net.au/news/stories/2...31/2129471.htm Conroy says "The internet hasn't ground to a halt in the UK, it hasn't ground to a halt in Scandinavian countries and it's not grinding the internet to a halt in Europe" why does he mention the UK there is no mandatory blocking of everything like this in the UK. I and anyone else can access whatever we want. So it doesnt make sense why conroy would mention the UK if he is comparing it to what the nocleanfeed site is claiming.

                                              Seriously, signing online surveys is ok, but you need to send a written letter to conroy himself OR your local MP. If this gets through its going to make life hell here. The addresses are on nocleanfeed.com. I am writing to conroy and my mp now.

                                              I was in the UK recently and they had some obsenity laws but no active blocking of sites (am I wrong?). Also, what do the scandavian countries have?!?! Isnt Piratebay hosted in Sweden!?!? I thought this kind of thing was limited to authoritarian countries like Singapore and China!??!

                                                      No you are right i dont know of any european countries who have anything like this. But the Australian government compares it to europe, makes me think the nocleanfeed site have the facts wrong and are blowing it out of proportion.
