They are saying that his testosterone in at a normal level but the ratio of testosterone to epitestosterone is not perfect. What I found most interesting was the comment that every time the issue of testosterone/epi ratio has been appealed to the CIS, they have ruled in favor of the athlete. That says a lot.

If he isn't then he has to be the dumbest fool on the planet not to think he wouldn't be tested. The thing is the drug accusations will be all over every news outlet claiming he cheated.. Yet If he is proven legit just like Lance you will hardly see any mention of it.
