    Pair of $200,000 Sales Lead New DN Journal Top 20

    The new weekly domain sales report is out at DNJournal.com and it was another very interesting week. 20 domains sales of $200,000 or more have been reported so far in 2006 and two of those occurred this week. A trio of five-figure Country Code domains also made our new all-extension Big Board. The week also brought the biggest .biz sale reported this year and a six-figure .info portfolio sale.                           I'm not saying they won't go up in the near future, but that statement is obviously false. Domains are just like real estate, and just like real estate, values can increase or decrease based on many factors.

                                                                                                  Mainstream people see the potential more than the reality. Adult domain buyers are all "how much traffic, how many typeins" where mainstream people are looking at things like brandability, relevance on the terms they are looking for, etc.

                                                                                                  It great effects the end price for a domain.
