I am looking for the best traffic ready tube script (well coded script to be able to handle high server loads) + a few effects I will list here:
Is there any script out there that can do all this? or most of them? and still has a good server resource usage?

- Comes with already thousands of videos and can fetch more daily (I know TEVS does this)
- The rotating thumbnails on hover (ex: http://www.pornhub.com/)
- Categories that can have thumbnails (maybe rotate on refresh: http://www.pornhub.com/categories)
- Popular/rating filtering by Most Viewed or Best Rated, etc.
- User registering/commenting
- Related videos on Video View
- Uploading ability
- Tagging ability/display
Is there any script out there that can do all this? or most of them? and still has a good server resource usage?
